How does Jaypees verify workers?

Every worker must submit two different valid government IDs, a recent police clearance and a resume before they can be listed. Our team reviews each submission by hand. Workers who are not approved never appear in search.

How do payments work?

You pay through HitPay (GCash, Maya, cards and QR Ph supported) after the worker accepts your request. Your money is held in escrow and is only released to the worker after the job is done and you confirm it.

What if the job is not done properly?

Open a dispute from the booking before you confirm. Our team reviews the chat, details and evidence, then decides whether to refund you or release payment to the worker.

When is the worker paid?

After you confirm the job is complete. If you do not respond, payment is automatically released 72 hours after the worker marks the job as done, unless a dispute is open.
